1. Nature of Services
Capybara Gaming facilitates the purchase and distribution of platform credits that may be used with external gaming services.
We do not host or control any games and do not guarantee game access or outcomes.
All credits have no real-money value, and may not be refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if:
Duplicate charges occurred
You were unable to access credits due to a platform issue
Unauthorized transactions are confirmed

Void where prohibited. Refunds are not issued in regions where access to promotional or credit-loading services is restricted by law.
